Our office was formed July 1, 2001 to provide continued responsive, personal service to long-term existing corporate, commercial, industrial and church clients previously served by the Charlottesville branch office of SMBW Architects, PC located in Richmond, Virginia.
In May 2001, SMBW Architects made a strategic decision to consolidate its branch offices and seek a more centralized presence in Richmond.
In a serendipitous agreement, SMBW and its Charlottesville clients supported the formation of an office led by Dex Sanders to continue service to clients Dex had been providing architectural services to since 1989.
The office is located close to downtown Culpeper, Virginia and primarily serves Culpeper, Orange, Louisa, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg and the surrounding central Virginia region.
